Architecture & Sculpture Submission

Students may submit up to 5 architecture & sculpture pieces.

Image Requirements

• Art work title must follow the guideline.

          (FirstName_LastName_Title_Category)

             EX) Chris_Han_Giants_Sculpture

• Accepts JPG, PNG, PDF

• If more than 1 picture, please make a collage into one image or submit as PDF (multiple images accepted for PDF)

• Please provide Width x Height x Depth (WxH,D) dimension in Inch

  -PDF file size limit: 50mb

  -JPG, PNG file size limit: 15mb

Visual Art Submission

(Mixed Media, Drawing & Illustration, Painting, Cartoon & Comic Art, Digital Drawing, Photography)

Students may submit up to 10 visual art pieces.

Image Requirements

• Art work title must follow the guideline.

• Accepts JPG, PNG

• Minimum image size of 2,000 pixels on either the width or height

• File size 5mb max each

• Please provide size in either Pixel or Inch

Film/Animation Submission

Students submitting in Film/Animation may upload up to 3 pieces.

*Please upload your video to YouTube and set the visibility to “Public” for it to be considered.

Payment & Check-Out

Please make a make to complete the submission.

EX) 2 visual art and 1 animation submission will be 3 submissions in total.

CONSENT & RELEASE FORM

Permission to Participate

I give permission for the student named above to participate in the Art Contest organized by Young Masters Awards. I understand that participation is voluntary and open to eligible students residing in the United States.

Artwork Ownership & Rights

• The student retains full copyright ownership of their artwork.

• The student/guardian grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and publish the artwork for:

  • event promotion

  • exhibitions

  • social media and website posts

  • printed materials

  • awards announcements

This license is revocable with written notice, except for materials already published.

Privacy & Information

• The Organizer may display the student’s first name, last initial, school, grade, and artwork title when sharing the submission.

• No personal contact information will be published.

• Sensitive information will remain confidential and used solely for contest administration.

Media Release

I authorize the Organizer to photograph, video-record, or digitally capture the student and their artwork for promotional or educational purposes. This includes event photography and award documentation.

Originality & Compliance

I confirm that:

• The submitted work is the student’s original creation.

• The work does not infringe on copyright, trademarks, or any third-party rights.

• The student followed all contest rules and category guidelines.

If violations are found, the Organizer may disqualify the entry.

Liability Release

I release the Organizer and all affiliated partners, staff, judges, and sponsors from liability for:

• loss or damage to submitted artwork

• injury or issues arising from participation

• travel or material expenses incurred by the student

The Organizer will take reasonable care when handling artwork.

Scholarships & Awards

If prizes, awards, or scholarships are offered, I understand that:

• Award amounts and number of winners may vary

• Decisions by judges are final

• Prizes may be delivered electronically or by mail
